Healing Meditation
Day 1

 

Let's celebrate spring by starting every day with a twenty minute healing meditation.

Sit in a comfortable position. This can be sitting cross legged on your comfy settee, or if you are not very flexible, sit on a chair keeping your back straight.

 

Close your eyes and take a long deep breath with your mouth closed, from your belly, filling up your lungs, to the count of five. Breathe out gently to the count of five. Start with five set of breaths and build up to twenty.

Continue to breathe gently, and think of light, coming from the top of your head, moving through your body, through your feet and into the ground.

Imagine the light anchoring itself somewhere into the earth, where you own personal essence is stored. Don't worry how, just intend it, the earth, knows you and recognizes your frequency.

 

Now imagine the light expanding in your whole body, permeating every cell of every muscle, bone, organ, skin. Then gently let the light reach out into your emotional field, about five, ten inches outside your physical body.

Continue to breathe gently, and focus your attention on your heart chakra, Think of someone you love, a lover, a child, a pet, anyone.

Connect to that love, and spread it out to your whole of your body, all the way out to your emotional field.

 

Now place your attention on your solar plexus and release as your breathe, all the negative things you have believed about yourself up to now. Do this loud:

“I am no longer available to believe I am unworthy, unlovable, ugly, because I am too short, too fat, too thin, too tall, black, white, pink, yellow, or green.” “I am no longer available to feel inferior, superior, arrogant, stupid. I am no longer available to hold detrimental thoughts about myself, and neither do I want to have critical, judgmental thoughts about others.“

 

Breathe out, and now focus on loving, positive, uplifting thoughts.

Send love to all those parts you do not particularly like about your body, and state loud and clear:

“I now choose to believe that “I am a loving being, I love who I am, I am worthy of love.”

“I am beautiful, I am talented, I am capable, I want to be healthy and fulfilled. I want to be appreciated, respected, honored and admired. The more I give those things to myself without arrogance, with honesty and integrity, the more I will experience them from others. ”

 

Say all this loud. Engaging vocally with words has a stronger impact on your field, so it's probably better your find a quite spot, to be alone and undisturbed.
