Let's celebrate spring by starting every day with a twenty minute healing meditation.
Sit in your favorite comfortable position and think of the next twenty minutes as something incredibly valuable you are gifting yourself with.
Close your eyes and start your breathing. See if you can do fifteen breaths today. Continue as normal, bringing light through the top of your head, through your body, through your feet, into the ground. Let the light expand into your emotional field. Connect to love, and repeat the same thing again.
Today we want to focus on any fears you might carry around. Focus you attention on the solar plexus and make some proper acquaintance with it. We have a brain in the belly, related to emotions, that once activated, and after a while it becomes valuable in letting us know what is right for us or not.
Take a few breaths into the belly, and acknowledge any fear you might have. For anything that you might be aware of, if you are ready, simply state that you are not available to feel that fear any more. Feel a gentle tug in your gut, (it a takes a little practice ), and keep giving up what you don't want any more in your life. Fear of dogs, fear of heights, fear of the dark, fear of failure, fear of success, fear of spiders... Continue for as many fears as you want. “I let go of this fear, this fear, and this fear.”
Think of things that have scared you in the past, and be clear you are not available to be afraid of anything any more. Healthy fears do not fall in this category. There are some fears, like driving unsafely, doing harmful things to the body, putting yourself in any physical danger,just to prove that you are not afraid.... These fears are healthy and they are best to be kept. We are talking about fears that are stopping yourself from being your true self.
Once you have released enough fears, you can then reprogramme yourself: “I am only available for safety in my life, therefore I only attract safe probabilities.”
Again, you can come up with anything that gives you a good solid sense of peace in the belly. Remember the belly is the place to check any time you want to know if something is in alignment with your energy.
Then just breathe gently, switching off your thoughts, and allowing the feeling of safety, peace, contentment and joy to anchor solidly within you. Have a vision of what you want your day to be, and have a vision of all the things that give you a sense of fulfillment to be there in your life. Then let it go.
