Tops in Lip gloss Land

Lip gloss has come out of its 1970’s hiding place and appears to be here to stay. While I’ve discovered that long free flowing hair coupled with any sort of breeze is an enemy of lip gloss, I’m still an avid wearer. Here are my picks for the top 5 best lip gloss colors for fall.

Lancome ~ Hot Number. When I saw this lip gloss in the packaging, my first thought was, “This is way too disco for me.” but was I ever wrong! The gloss line is called Color Fever. Hot Number is a pinky-red with tiny silver sparkles. It actually looks very natural on the lips. Luckily the sparkles are very subtle and give the gloss a subtle, sexy sheen. Bobbi Brown Lip Duo ~ Chocolate Lip Shimmer/Frosted Pink Shimmer Gloss and Beige Lip Color/Jelly Shimmer Gloss. I couldn’t choose one, as both of these lip duos are ‘can’t miss’.
