Britney Spears, Camilla Parker-Bowles and Paris Hilton topped the charts last week, but they definitely won't be popping out the corks and celebrating.

The trio were included among the 'Worst Dressed Women of 2006' - the 47th annual list compiled by acerbic fashion critic Richard Blackwell.

New best friends Britney and Paris are joint winners, with Richard calling them "Two peas in an overexposed pod! Style-free and fashion deprived... ladies and gentlemen, the 'SCREAMGIRLS' have arrived!"

Other paparazzi-loving celebrities who made his top 10 included Lindsay Lohan, Christina Aguilera and Mariah Carey.

Richard didn't just cast his eye over the bad dressers though. Compliments were saved for Kate Winslet, Angelina Jolie and Helen Mirren, who he described as "fabulous fashion independents".
