80s THROWBACK
It was tipped to come into force last season, but bar mass invasion of
the leggings, the 80s trend didn't take hold - until now. Neon brights
hit the spring/summer catwalks so spectacularly that those in the front
rows wished they'd worn sunglasses. Those zingy citrus colours and hot
pinks will really shake up your wardrobe if you've been swathed in
wintry greys and blacks for months.
"The 80s trend won't be something everyone will wear top-to-toe like
fashion victims," Oonagh says reassuringly.
"It's one of those trends where you might inject an element by wearing a
racer back neon vest with your jeans. We'll also be seeing big blocks of
primary colours like blues, yellows, oranges and reds."
