One of the secrets of changing how you eat is to really appreciate the food in front of you, and by that I am not suggesting
that you take it in your arms and thank it for being there, but to simply look at the food, smell the food and admire the
beauty of it. Once you get used to doing this, you will start to understand food, really get to know what it does for you,
and likewise, you will start to easily recognise those foods that are bad for you. If you look closely at food, it actually
screams out at you ‘good’ or ‘bad’.
The more time you take in understanding your food, and begin to recognise how you feel after you have eaten certain foods,
the quicker you will find yourself making the right choices naturally without having to really think about it anymore. You
will start to find that you automatically turn away from food that are bad for you, opting instead for those which make you
feel, and look, alive and well!
