Liam Gallagher hates Tom Cruise!
Never short of an opinion, Oasis front man Liam Gallagher has vehemently
admitted that he hates Tom Cruise – because he is too short!
 The wild star was quite frank in saying that he despised the diminutive star
– who apparently stands at 5’7inches – but it seems Cruise is not the only
one to be the butt of Gallagher’s venomous tongue because he also slated
soccer star Michael Owen for exactly the same reason.
During the band's new tour documentary 'Lord Don't Slow Me Down', Liam tells
his band mates, Gem Archer, Andy Bell and brother Noel: “I hate Tom Cruise.
I can't stand that small b*****d - him and Michael Owen.”
However, it seems somewhat hypocritical that he is slating these two men
when Liam himself stands at only 5’8inches.
Yet despite him loathing Tom Cruise because of his height, Liam has given
the Hollywood actor his approval of his earlier films, which he feels were
‘quite’ good and added: “Cocktail, though – that was a great film” (I’m sure Tom will be so relieved to have Liam’s approval!)
Cruise tied the knot with fiancee Katie Holmes on Saturday (18.11.06) in
front of more than 150 star-studded guests at the Odescalchi Castle, in Lake Bracciano, Italy.
