Mills vs. McCartney Case Settled
Yep. It's Finally come to a close, the McCartney/Mills divorce settlement is over!
Mills bagged £24.3 million of Paul McCartney's money in total even though she was after £125 million. The Judge in the case Judge Hugh Bennett awarded £16.5 million lump sum to Mills, with £7.8 million added in assets.
Heather rinsed her moment in the spotlight for all it was worth, talking on the steps outside the court for 11 minutes almost without interruption. She told reporters outside London's High Court that she was; "very,very happy". She also declared that she will be appealing on privacy grounds about the amount of information that will be made available to the public regarding the case.
It was reported on Channel 4 News that Mills admitted that she threw water on Paul McCartney's lawyer in a fit of rage and the evidence was definitely there! Macca's lawyer Fiona Shakelton arrived with a perfect blow dried hair do and left the court looking like she had just been standing under a shower. No wonder Mills doesn't want information about the case coming out, who knows what other crazy antics she got up to in that court room!
