Ben Affleck’s colonic experience
Ben Affleck has declared that his recent colonic irrigation is not an
experience he's planning to repeat.
The actor is attempting to have a healthier life since his wife, Jennifer Garner, gave birth to daughter Violet.
So, while some people would take up jogging, eat more salad or hit the gym, Ben decided to go the several-gallons-of-warm-water-up-the-bottom route. But never again.
“I lost my virginity all over again that day, in so many ways. I don't think I will be having it done again,” he explained to Zoo magazine.
In a more conventional health kick style, Ben has also given up smoking. Helped, ironically, by his role as a chain smoking bondsman in Smokin' Aces.
“The whole week that I shot, I smoked five packs a day. By the time the movie over, I was so sick of smoking, I just didn't want to do it anymore, and I quit.”
