Victoria Beckham in £10million deal for her own TV showAccording to The London Standard, Victoria Beckham has signed a £10million deal with American TV network NBC to host her own reality show. The news broke as Victoria was among the many stars who attended Sir Elton John's Oscars party last night at the Pacific Design Centre in Hollywood. Former Spice Girls manager Simon Fuller - who also brokered David Beckham's $250 million (£127.47 million) move to LA Galaxy - was in charge of sealing the NBC deal for Posh. He told the newspaper: "The Americans were falling over themselves to sign Victoria up for a TV show but we had to choose the right deal for her. NBC won out in the end as they have really taken a shine to Vic's hilarious sense of humour and they want to capitalise on this. She is a funny lady and this new series will show this to the world." Victoria, 32, has signed up for one series of the fly-on-the-wall show, Fuller, who created the Spice Girls back in 1994 before being sensationally sacked in 1997, claims: "Funny is the key word. Just remember that when the show hits our screens." |
