We all worry but have you ever thought about taking five years off to sit and worry about your health, your income, your kids or the state of the country?It may stress you out even further to learn that you are in effect New research reveals that the average Briton is spending five years, two months in a lifetime worrying - which amounts to one hour, 46 minutes daily, and 27 days yearly. The biggest worriers live in the North East, with twice the national Unfortunately, the majority believe our worries are increasing and predictably perhaps, women spend an extra five weeks of their lives stressing compared to men. One in 20 women is 'extremely worried', but surprisingly teenagers are the biggest worriers, with an alarming one in 10 worrying for 12 hours a day.
