Just Good Friends
Sienna Miller and pal Rhys Ifans have recently been the subject of
speculation that they're more than 'just good friends'. The experts
discuss if you can really be best mates with the opposite sex and how to tell if there's potential for a relationship.

If you've been pondering that your pal has the potential to be 'the
one', is it wise to pursue romance? Jeff Maysh, Loaded magazine's senior writer disagrees that guys and gals can really be best friends without an ulterior motive.

"In the annuls of time, man has always, always been waiting for that moment to strike like a cobra. Or at the very least they're hoping for a drunken lunge," he says.

But life coach Rasheed Ogunlaru believes strong friendships create a good grounding for a successful coupling.

"A close friendship is key to any relationship that's going to survive," Ogunlaru advises. "If there isn't a strong mental bond - as well as physical attraction - then any relationship will fizzle out when our physical allure does."

He has this advice for spotting when friendly banter turns to
heavyweight flirting: "Does he give you prolonged glances? Most friends don't do this," Ogunlaru suggests.
